Can I return or exchange a gift someone gave me?

Yes. All purchases covered by our 90-day return and exchanges window. If you have any problems with your order (sizing, wrong item, quality, etc.) in the 90 day window, you can return or exchange that order, no questions asked.

In order to start an exchange or return, visit or click on one of the options below. To complete the first step, you will need your order number and the shipping zip code from the original order, so make sure you have those on hand.

If you don’t know your order number, you can usually locate it by searching for “Confirmation For Order” in your email inbox (be sure to check your spam and promotions folders as well).
