Can I exchange my product for a different item if they’re not the same price?

You sure can. Head on over to to get the process started.


  1. Enter your order number and shipping zip code.
  2. Select exchange, then shop with credit. If there is a price difference between your original item and the new item you’re getting, you will either be prompted to pay the difference or you can get a gift card or a refund to your original form of payment if we owe you money.
  3. Submit your return and then click “Generate Return Label”. You can either print your prepaid USPS shipping label from there or print it from the email we send to the email address associated with the order.
  4. Tape the label to your package and get it to the post office ASAP. Once that package is scanned into the post office’s tracking system, we will send your new package out.
