If you're requesting an exchange, you'll get an order confirmation email once that new order has been placed on our end. If you're requesting a refund, we'll send you an email confirmation as soon as we've processed the refund for you. And if you've chosen store credit, we'll send a gift card to your email within about 48 hours after you've dropped your return off at the post office.
