The best way to return or exchange a purchase made in one of our stores is to head back to that store location, where we'll be happy to get you set up with a new item, store credit, or a refund.
Purchases made online or in a store that carries Chubbies products can be returned at one of our store locations within 90 days with tags intact. We are happy to provide store credit or exchanges for these returns, but if you'd prefer a refund, you can head to chubbies.com/exchanges to return online purchases, or for purchases made in non-Chubbies stores, you can head back to the store where you made your purchase to request a refund.
If you made an in-store purchase while on vacation and aren't able to make it back into the store, please contact email@example.com and we can get you set up with a prepaid return label. Please note that in this scenario, we are only able to issue store credit or a refund, as our system doesn't currently allow for exchanges.
